The Boston Bruins will host the Stanley League’s second round series in Philadelphia, with the first game set for Wednesday at Wells Fargo Center.
The series kicks off on Wednesday and concludes with Game 7 on Friday.
The Bruins have a combined record of 28-12-4 in their last 11 playoff series against the Flyers.
The first-round series has been played in Boston since 1994.
The Bruins, who are coming off a 3-1 victory over the Dallas Stars on Wednesday, will be looking for their first victory in four games in the series.
The Flyers have won two of their last three playoff series.
The Flyers’ top goaltender, Marek Mazanec, is 1-3-0 with a 3.29 goals-against average and .912 save percentage in the playoffs.
Philadelphia’s top goaltender in that time is Corey Crawford, who has a 3,097-24-32 record in the regular season and playoffs.
The teams will play three consecutive games on Thursday and Friday before playing Game 4 on Saturday.
Flyers defenseman Matt Read will make his third start of the series after he had two starts in the first round and a playoff debut in Game 1.
