The first of three new park model houses being built in Cork is set for opening in 2019, according to developers behind the project.

The two-storey model home will be situated at the back of the town’s old school, where the local museum and the local pub sit close by.

The park model house will be located at the old school where the museum and local pub will sit close.

The first two buildings are currently being built at the National Museum and the Royal Dublin School.

The development, which will be completed by 2021, will bring some 150 new homes to the town.

It is believed that a third building will be built in the near future, but is yet to be announced.
